What a great 4th of July weekend!
The Harmon Clan made their way south to the Kehr's and good times were had by all!
~~~~~~~~~~~~
We spent the holiday weekend at a beach cottage by our house.
This is us on the back porch.
We were delighted that the Erics wanted to come on down Friday.
They stayed in the cottage and we all had so much fun.
We all did a lot of swimming, snacking, talking, sand digging, sunning , etc.
 The weather was perfect and it was so relaxing and enjoyable to catch up with the cousins.
This is the handsome boy Bryce.
After a nice long day in the sun we all got cleaned up and went to our favorite field to watch the fireworks.
The kids all were great while they waited for the show to begin.
The brood (plus a couple neighbor friends of ours).
Darling girls -- were so happy to have a friend their age.
beautiful lovelies giggling
The firework display was awesome.
 There was lots of oooohs and aaaaaahs.
The grand finale was a perfect ending to a perfect day.
Sunday
We all jumped up and went to 9 am church and then to our house for some lunch, photo ops, swing time and goodbyes.
Ivy was very popular because she is SO adorable
and mobile and well tempered.
She was passed around a bit and a good sport about it too.
nice family photo
As you can see, I couldn't get enough of these two.
  They were always just so happy and cute.
A little Show and Tell from the camera
Getting some energy out before the road trip.
I really enjoyed observing Eric and Carma's extraordinary parenting skills.
They are such an example of love, patience and kindness.
Every one is always invited to visit us.  Maybe you should check with Eric & Carma for any warnings but I hope they were as happy with their trip as we were with having them here.
Erics -- Thank you for your efforts
 and for sharing your vacation days with us.
Good work at making some memories!
