Memorial Day. We went to visit grandpa and left some poppies from our yard. He looks good.

Me and Mom in the Tampa airport waiting for Maria to pick us up. Mom is on the phone calling everyone and saying, "Omgosh...we are finally here after being bumped, bumped, bumped on that *damdelta." (it is the price you pay for the price you pay....so I have been told) Mom had a great time (I think) on her visit to Florida. We had great weather and had fun being together....we didn't do much...she didn't want to ride the teacup's at Disney...so just laid around and stared at each other. My kind of vacation.*she didn't really say damdelta....I did (dean).

We had a Magical Week in Florida
A few weeks ago we took a drive down to the Magic Kingdom. We did Epcot, Disney, MGM and the Wild Kingdom--a different park each day. The weather was perfect, the crowds- not too bad, the girls are the perfect ages for it. The olders aren't too old to be kids and the babe was just tall enough (with shoes on) to go on every ride. It was awesome!

Went to Denver this week and stopped by the cemetery to visit Dad's graveside. It was a beautiful day, just like the day we buried him. It was a little emotional as it brought back those feelings of the day we brought him here. Here are the photos of the headstone which I thought turned out great. Dean

HAPPIEST MAN
The happiest man in the world is the common, everyday chap who makes his own living, pays his bills, has a little money as he goes along, but doesn't strive to get a corner on the local output, and is a slave neither to ambition nor society. He loves God and his fellow man; thinks "there is no place like home," the haven of rest; prefers the compnay of his family to that of anyone else; never has to sit up nights to poultice his conscience; believes in the doctrine of live and let live, and when he encounters one of the needy, he doesn't stutter with his pocketbook. The plain man is happy to be staisfied and does not spend the best of his life yearing for things four sizes too large for him.
We love and miss you Dad.
