The hotel hires these asian artisans to come in and sculpt these ice sculptures out of 2 million tons of ice. The display is then kept frozen in the convention center with freezer units that maintain a temperature of only NINE (9) degrees. They provide a parka...but it was still freezy.

good way to beat the FL heat. how do they get rid of them when the show is over? turn up the heat and let the floor drains do the job?
