Another big event over Thanksgiving was Scott (the hair nazi) let Drew cut his hair.

When Drew was done, Scott said it was perfect.
Drew will open his own barber shop next to Lynette's tailoring/ seamstress business in the spring.
I think most people might already know through Facebook or our blog, but we're pregnant with our 2nd, having a little girl in March. So RJ will be 3 years older and we're all excited. We're liking Idaho, and have tons of snow from these last 2 weeks.

Yes, autumn has arrived in Denmark. The day was sunny but it was only in the high 40's.

They had this medevil festival going on today with live music, people in costumes, and local music.

This is the Royal Garden at Rosenborg Castle. I didn't take a picture of the castle because it was ugly. It is under renovations and covered with a tarp...not worth seeing. But the garden was lovely. Similar to Hyde Park and Central Park. It appears all cities have a big park like this.
This is Christiansborg Palace.
This is a guard hut at the palace. I didn't see any guards, so I climbed in for a photo. Don't think that was kosher, as I saw a sign in another hut that read, "Do Not Enter." Oh well, I didn't get caught and dragged off to some Danish prison, so all is good.

A canal runs through and around the city. On a pier on the canal were these

This is St. Alban's church. It was just so beautiful how it was pertched ontop this grassy knoll in the middle of the city.

Just a picture I caputred as I walked down a street of shops. Flowers everywhere and more bikes in this city than I noticed in any other city I visited this summer.
Not only tons of bikes, but sculptures like this one, on every street corner.
Manhole cover. Debbie suggested that I capture the image of the manwhole covers in all the cities I visit. I started in Stockholm because I thought it was so cool and detailed for a manhole cover, so here it is. Not as cool as Stockholm's, but neat idea. (Thanks Debbie.)

I had a great time here today. Although it was very chilly, I really enjoyed myself. There were so many other pictures to take, but my battery on my iphone went dead.
